We recognise that many young people possess exceptional focus, creativity, precision, and problem-solving abilities that are often overlooked in traditional employment pathways.
1. Rail Industry Services
Within the rail sector, we offer a specialist capability that allows young adults to gain hands-on experience while supplying high-quality products and services to the industry. This includes the fabrication of overhead line small part steelwork, droppers, and bonds, where accuracy and consistency are essential. We also support the heritage rail community through the overhaul and maintenance of mechanical components such as valves, fittings, and trackside equipment in our dedicated workshop. Every task is carried out under professional supervision, enabling young adults to develop real technical skills while delivering reliable value to our clients.
2. Workshop-Based Mechanical Support
Our workshop environment is designed to support learning while producing industry-ready outputs. 3. Drafting and CAD Support Services
Staff Only Services also offers high-quality drafting and CAD support for architects, planners, engineers, and consultants. This service provides young adults with a route into professional and technical careers, enabling them to develop digital skills that are in high demand across multiple industries. Under experienced guidance, they assist with drawings, mark-ups, 2D drafting, and the preparation of documentation—giving clients reliable, cost-effective support while helping young adults build confidence and capability in a real professional environment.
